1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

Rewire Elite Performance™ provides training, education, mentorship, and access to a professional placement ecosystem. We do not offer employment, guarantees of income, or guarantees of placement.

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

Your results depend on many factors including effort, skill, experience, market conditions, and execution.

2. NO GUARANTEES OR EARNINGS CLAIMS

We make no guarantees regarding income, job offers, compensation levels, timelines, or outcomes.

Any earnings examples, testimonials, or results shown represent exceptional individual outcomes and are not typical.

3. PLACEMENT DISCLAIMER

Rewire Elite Performance™ provides access to hiring companies, opportunities, and placement resources. We do not control hiring decisions.

All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party companies.

Participation in the program does not guarantee employment.

4. NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There are no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Lack of results

• Failure to participate

• Scheduling conflicts

• Personal circumstances

• Change of mind

• Perceived dissatisfaction

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & PROCESSORS

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and may include third-party financing options such as Klarna or Affirm, subject to their approval and terms.

Rewire Elite Performance™ does not control approval decisions made by payment processors.

You authorize all charges at checkout and agree not to dispute or charge back payments without first contacting support.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in removal from the program without access restoration.

6. PAYMENT PLANS

If you select a split-payment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension of access

• Removal from community

• Loss of placement access

Remaining balances are still owed.

7. LIFETIME ACCESS

“Lifetime access” refers to access for the life of the program, not your lifetime or the lifetime of the company.

Rewire Elite Performance™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue content at any time.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, training, videos, documents, and systems are proprietary and owned by Rewire Elite Performance™.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share any materials without written permission.

Violation may result in legal action.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to remove any participant for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Policy violations

• Misrepresentation

• Abuse of staff or community

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. NOT AFFILIATED WITH META / FACEBOOK

This site is NOT part of Facebook™, Instagram™, Meta™, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

This program is NOT endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Meta™ in any way.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rewire Elite Performance™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or program.

You agree to hold Rewire Elite Performance™ harmless.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
